Like Pavlov’s dogs, there are certain ‘trigger items’ that instantly leave us lusting for a holiday; pineapples, paper umbrellas, palm trees, coconut-scented suntan lotion, and, of course, pink flamingos.  So when we spotted this plush, life-size flamingo from Hansa Toys (it’s almost 3 feet tall!) our inner child/world-traveler took over and we simply had to have it!  When we look at it we are instantly transported to sunny destinations like Palm Beach and the Caribbean…and I mean, who doesn’t want that!? We’re thinking of putting it in our office…hmmm, perhaps we just found the new Le Postcard mascot?
