I’m a big ‘snacker’ and, like any good globetrotter, I always bring things to nibble on during the flight (airplane food is just the worrrrrst!). If you looked in my carry-on bag you’d usually find bags of candy such as gummy bears and Sour Patch Kids (my sweet-tooth is out of control!), and occasionally a bag of pretzels, but lately I’ve been trying to be a bit more conscious of what I indulge in at 37,000 feet. A friend turned me onto the brand Sakara Life, which makes amazing products like organic Watermelon Jerky (yum!) and non-GMO popcorn seasoned with Himalayan salt (delicious!). One bite and I was hooked! I love knowing that I’m eating ‘clean’ and their packaging is so sleek and high-end…it’s a win-win! Seriously, I’ve brought this stuff everywhere with me this summer (it deserves its own passport at this point!)—it’s that good!
And of course I always have a pair of Beats headphones (for music & movies…or just to wear on their own to drown out the noise on the plane when I’m reading a book), and hand cream at the ready (I’m currently loving Blanche from Byredo, which is pictured above).
