This Thanksgiving, after I most likely stuff an entire pumpkin pie down my throat (probably the dumbest thing I could do before I put on a bikini…sigh), I’m leaving for a weekend getaway to Turks & Caicos in the Caribbean. Since I’m only going for a few days, and I have to make a plane-change in Miami, I’m packing light and only bringing a carry-on bag (the mere thought of the airline losing my luggage makes me breakout in hives!).
I haven’t used my black Goyard trolley in awhile so that’s the bag I’m taking (find it here for fraction of the retail price!)…and I’ll be filling it up with some of my new favorite purchases:

I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere (anywhere!) without my Vintner’s Daughter serum. It’s like magic in a bottle for my skin. I seriously live for this stuff! I use it in the morning and then again before I go to bed. On a warm, island vacation this is going to be perfect for my face (which will be shielded from the sun whenever possible)—dewey and glowing and fresh. And yes, I know it’s super pricey (blah, blah, blah) but it really works…and isn’t that what’s really important!
The moment I spotted these Sophia Webster shoes I went bananas for them and snatched them right up, and so when I found out I was heading to the Caribbean I knew they would be absolutely perfect. I usually only bring flat sandals on holiday, but these wedges were just too fun to pass up. I love the pastel colors and the stripes…fantastic!
These turquoise star earrings from Jennifer Meyer will look great at night with this one-shoulder white dress (and the stripe wedges!). I’ll pair them in the day, on the beach, with a classic black bikini from Eres.
I clearly have an obsession with stripes (as if you couldn’t guess) and this one-piece will look great splashing about in the Caribbean sea. I’ll bring a pair of vintage Levi’s jean shorts to throw over it when I have lunch by the pool.
I’m also tossing a pack of these Hanky Panky thong undies into my suitcase—perfect for a weekend trip.
Don’t forget to check out my entire suitcase for chic pieces to pack for your next holiday.
Happy Thanksgiving & Bon Voyage!
